Easy 30-Day Returns
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Supreme Rest bedding, you are welcome to return your items within 30 days from the date of delivery. We want you to feel comfortable making your decision, knowing you have the flexibility and support you deserve.

Return Eligibility
We kindly ask that returned bedding is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please ensure items remain clean, free from damage, odors, or marks. As our products are carefully handcrafted to order, this helps us maintain quality standards and sustainability.

Simply reach out to us at info@supreme-rest.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll promptly guide you through the next steps and provide clear instructions to ensure a smooth return experience.

Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Given that we ship internationally from Ukraine, we recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

Original shipping fees ($35) are non-refundable, as these directly cover our delivery costs.

No Hidden Fees
We’re committed to transparency—there are no restocking fees when returning your items. Once we receive and review your return, we will swiftly process your refund, excluding the initial shipping charge.

Custom Orders
Because custom-made products are uniquely crafted for you, these orders are final and not eligible for return. We kindly ask you to carefully review all details and measurements before ordering. However, if your custom bedding arrives incorrect or defective due to our oversight, we promise to rectify it quickly at no extra cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare instance your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Send clear photos to info@supreme-rest.com, and we’ll immediately offer a replacement or a full refund, covering any related shipping expenses. Ensuring your satisfaction is deeply important to us.

Cancellations & Adjustments
If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. Since every item is individually handcrafted, cancellations beyond this period may be subject to limitations.
