Shipping & Duties (EU)

We ship to all countries of the European Union listed in our EU market.

Important — DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

EU orders are shipped DDU. This means import VAT and customs duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery. These charges must be paid by the customer.

If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package may be returned to sender or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases shipping costs and any return fees are non-refundable.

Customs & HS codes

We provide customs documentation and HS codes for faster processing; however, customs can still require additional information or fees. Please check your local customs rules for more details.

Delivery times

Standard EU shipping (estimated): 7–10 business days. Express options (where available): 3–7 business days. Actual transit time depends on the carrier and customs processing.

Returns & refunds

If you return an item from the EU, standard returns policy applies. Any duties paid to local authorities are not refundable by Supreme Rest. If a return is caused by refusal to pay customs charges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and import/duty differences.
